Hello! I’m Aula, a Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with 10 years of clinical experience supporting women through all stages of life.

Alongside my clinical work, I founded Yoni Women’s Health in 2019 providing health workshops and education to improve women’s health literacy through culturally sensitive education.

I’m passionate about evidence-based care, and I’m committed to ensuring every woman feels informed, supported and empowered to take charge of her body and wellbeing.

  • Support your body during every stage of your pregnancy to help prepare your pelvic floor or manage pain or symptoms. We also offer Birth Preparation Education sessions and in clinic perineal massage support from 36 weeks. We recommend booking at 20 weeks for general proactive care.

  • Personalised care to support your postnatal recovery including abdominal separation, caesarean recovery, pelvic floor assessments and return to exercise, dressing any concerns you may have. We recommend booking this appointment 3-4 weeks postnatal.

  • We treat all types of bladder and bowel conditions including incontinence, urgency, or frequency, chronic constipation, IBS related symptoms, pre- and post-operative care.

  • With a special interest in the management of prolapse management we provided thorough assessment and treatment for pelvic organ prolapse, including education and exercises to manage symptoms and build strength and confidence to return to everyday life.

  • Specialised support for pelvic pain conditions, including endometriosis, vaginismus, painful intercourse or period pain, with tailored strategies to reduce pain and improve function.

  • Our individual Pilates sessions designed to strengthen and build your confidence with exercise. This session is great if you recovering post-operative surgery, looking for abdominal separation (DRAM) or prolapse safe exercises or simply prefer 1:1 sessions.

  • Expert physiotherapy delivered in the comfort of your home, ideal for new parents, limited mobility, or those seeking private, convenient care. Ask us about our Birth  at Home sessions for 1:1 labour prep education for you and your partner.

  • We offer interactive community and corporate workshops on women’s health, including our culturally sensitive menstrual education programs for teens, workplace wellness programs and PD for healthcare and fitness professionals.
